Provided that you can continue the necessary treatment in Japan, you should bring along a letter from your doctor detailing your medical history and medication (written in Japanese or in English) and complete the necessary procedures to bring your medicines into Japan.Some medicines (especially psychotropics and hormonal agents) cannot be prescribed in Japan, and your parental consent may be required if you are under 20 years old.
