The university has established the “The Waseda University Guidelines for Harassment Prevention” to provide advice and offer solutions, and raise awareness of harassment and prevent it by distributing leaflets, providing information on the web, holding training sessions, and conducting surveys.Q What is Harassment?A The term “harassment” as used in these guidelines above refers to any race, ethnicity, nationality, creed, age, disability, occupation, social forms of harassment in the university context: sexual harassment; Q Why is harassment an issue?A Harassment constitutes a violation of human rights.
