Certificates and Student Discount Cards (Gakuwari)Celsius in the summer and 20 degrees Celsius in the winter.Waseda CampusBldg. 63-1F Waseda University works hard to counter environmental problems. Please cooperate with the university’s efforts on the following points:・ Set air conditioners so that the room temperature will be 26 degrees ・Turn off all lights and appliances when not in use.・Participate in separation and recycling of trash. By completing an online application in advance, various certificates can be obtained at the certificate issuing machines on campus, at convenience stores nationwide (Seven-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson), or by postal mail, as well as by delivery online as an electronic certificate (PDF) directly to the submission destination such as educational/research institution, etc. However, some certificates can only be issued at the departmental offices instead of at the certificate issuing machines. JR Student Discount Certificates (Student Discount Certificates) can also be applied for online, but can only be received at the on-campus certificate issuing machines. Please refer to the QR code for the details on how to apply for certificates and the certificate issuance fees. If you wish to request a certificate that is not available for online application, please apply to your respective undergraduate/graduate school office or the CIE office by mail or in person at the counter (For procedure at the counter, you must present your student ID card).In the case of over-the-counter application, the certificates can be issued on the same day in principle.
